As team leader and associate broker, I look for Realtors that have the same enthusiasm and energy that I have for the practice of Real Estate. Real Estate is my full time career; I love what I do and I spend hours each week doing it. I have over 20 years personal experience buying and selling real estate. Every year that I have been in Real Estate, I have won awards from my broker. Our team has been in the top ten teams for Prudential Carruthers working in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia.
I listen to my clients and show them properties that meet their needs; our time looking at properties will always be productive. I look for and employ the most innovative marketing techniques to sell homes. We specialize in Anne Arundel, Howard, and Prince George's County, and we have also sold homes in Frederick, Baltimore, Calvert, and Charles Counties.
In a past life, I was a partner in a mortgage company, so I have intimate knowledge of the mortgage industry, and more importantly, many connections to get my clients the right loans.
I have been an active member of the ABWA (American Business Women's Association for 14 years. My current chapter is located in Annapolis, Maryland. My husband, John, and I enjoy traveling, especially to the Carribean in the winter, and boating on the Chesapeake Bay in the summer. We have lived in Maryland for over 20 years and raised and schooled our 2 sons here.

John decided to work with me in 2009. He had his real estate license in Virginia about 15 years ago, and coincidentally, he worked for Prudential. John's background is in mortgage lending. Many of our clients have used John's services in the past, and he still has the connections to do loans. When we were first married, John had the idea of investing in real estate. We started, and we never looked back. John has rennovated homes, so he knows about construction, and he is very knowledgeable about financing. I am very pleased that he decide to work with me.

"Real Estate is my third career. All three careers were service oriented. My first career was as a medical lab technologist. My "clients" were the doctors and patients. My second career was as a computer programmer for a grocery retail company. My clients were the workers in the departments such as payroll, personnel and accounting and also the workers in the stores. In all three careers my job was/is to serve my "users"/clients. I needed to be careful but quick in the laboratory, detail oriented, responsive and a good listener as a programmer. These qualities also apply to the Real Estate profession.
